AllXOne provides a platform for businesses to create, manage, and deploy AI chatbots ("Agents"). We act as a technology provider. You are responsible for all content and interactions conducted through your Agents.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

AllXOne uses **Paddle** (our Merchant of Record) or **Stripe** to process payments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with the chosen tier.

• Billing is recurring (monthly or annual).
• You can cancel at any time via your dashboard.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, sexually explicit, or hateful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity without authorization.
• Attempt to breach or circumvent our security measures or rate limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

AllXOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
