We want you to be 100% satisfied with AllXOne. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription for a full refund.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record (Paddle). Once approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
